Become a certified yoga teacher with Lek Yoga. This 200-hour teacher training program has been designed to be accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions. You will Learn from beginning the foundation of Hatha yoga in therapeutics styles focus on breathing, self-healing techniques, Yoga philosophy from the Hindu to Buddhist. Our program Instructors with experience lead teachers Lek Stark and team. Gain more knowledge of Thai yoga massage advanced stretching at our private small group class only 6 participants.

Our Program included

• 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certificate form Lek Yoga private registered school after graduation you will be able to register with yoga Alliance USA.

• 20 hour Thai yoga stretching workshop

• 28 days Accommodation private room with air-con in Laguna 3 Maldives Pattaya Thailand

• Local Breakfast and Lunch ( Optional in case you have specific choices for your diet )

• 1 hour of Thai massage treatment

• Excesses to Gym , swimming pools and sauna at Laguna 3 Maldives Pattaya

Daily Schedule ( class 5 days per week )

• 8-9:30 am Morning yoga meditation

• 10:30-12pm Class Lectures

• 1:30-3pm Class Lectures

• 3:30-5pm evening yoga

• 6-7pm self practice
