1. WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION, PLEASE INPUT YOUR VOUCHER NUMBER (or Gift Certificate, or Coupon Code) IN THE SPACE PROVIDED. If you do not have a code, a LekSpa staff member will contact you to get your credit card information. You may also pre-pay for your appointment by using PayPal or a credit card, if you do not have a PayPal account. Once you make your reservation, you will get an e-mail but THIS IS NOT YOUR CONFIRMATION. You will get a confirmation e-mail once a LekSpa staff member has APPROVED your reservation! VOUCHER HOLDERS DO NOT NEED TO PAY TO MAKE A RESERVATION (You can click “I Will Pay Later”).
PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR VOUCHER HAS NOT EXPIRED For customers with expired vouchers, you may use your credit towards any normally priced services equal in treatment or time. You will be charged the difference at the time of your confirmed booking.

We can only honor ONE voucher per visit per person / day.
NO SHOWS: If you do not show up at your appointment, you forfeit the value of your voucher. Please consult our Cancellation Policy for more.

24-hour Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings: Your card will be charged if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.
